I see lots of commments/documentation on this plugin, but nowhere to download it. Where/how do I get it? thanks!

Hi,

The Price Modifier is available through the Pre-Release Channel.

You can find information on how to access this here:

Also just to confirm, the Price Modifier is compatible with EE3, not EE4.
