Where are my files?

I have set up and installed the free version. We decided we liked it and went ahead and purchased the $179 version. I have tried logging in and out of the espresso control panel but it still only shows the free version. Where do i get the paid for files?

Hi Marcus,

After you purchased the Business license support package, did you get a welcome email ?

nope. I received the payment response from paypal but no welcome email. I have checked my junk folder. It may have been because i was in spain but i doubt it. I am back in the UK now. How do i get it resent or can you direct me to the page i need. I want to get this set up fairly rapidly.

Hi Marcus, I’ve updated your account manually. I’m not sure why your account was not properly configured. Did you experience any issues while purchasing? Did you finish creating your account after you purchased through PayPal?

Hi Garth, Thanks for getting back to me. I have the files now. I didn’t get a welcome email nor did i finish off creating the account i guess. I have downloaded the files. I will look at the documentation and see how i go.
