Hi,

It depends, there are two ways.

1) you can set the registration date on the first event to X months before the event start date.

Then in this section add those dates again – http://take.ms/XVPCv

Then in the recurring Use this option “No (each event’s registration start and end dates will be incremented according to a formula).”

This will set each each to have a registration period equal to the first events registration period, so the registration start for each event will stagger.

2) Set a registration date for the first event then in this section http://take.ms/XVPCv set the start registration date from the first event, but then set the end registration date to the last possible time they can register for the last event in the series.

That may not make sense so here is an example.

First event can be registered from 1st Feb up until it starts on 1st Mar.

Last event starts on 1st Oct

So the dates would look like this http://take.ms/zVX9b

Then set “Yes (all created events are available for registration between the above registration dates).”

This means that during the period of Feb 1st to Oct 1st your customers can register for any of the events in that recurring series.
