It was working until this week, now that more people have registered we are getting the error.

Hi there,
How many registrations do you have the page set to load?
Go to Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations.
(use an event with few or no registrations)
At the top right click screen options:

How many registrations is it set to load per page?

That worked, thank you. It was set to 500.

Great, just to note the default is 20, loading 500 registrations on a single page is a lot of data to pull in.
Most servers can usually handle 100 without issues, but even then I’d recommend using something less than 50.
