Hi Support, As the attachment, Those 2 transaction is in wait list status, but it mark as ‘Completed’, after check the payment both is haven completed payment. The status should be pending payment not completed? Please explain this status. Thanks Regards, |
Hi Chuah, The Wait list status is used by the Wait list add-on. You can change those registrations back to have Approved status either by using the bulk status update on the list view, or by opening the registration record and changing the status there. |

Hi Support, Is this means every time received the wait list record, we need manual check the payment status & manual change the status? This very not user friendly. I unable know the status payment is Pending Or Completed. Check the payment is faild, but the status display in backend is completed. This will make us very confuse & will miss the participant record. Please assist |
There’s no action by the participant that will cause their registration to switch to wait list status. Someone from the admin would have needed to manually change the registration status to Wait List. |

Hi Chuah, The first screenshot you posted of the two transactions actually were for this other event: /ijm-land-half-marathon-2018/ All of the ticket options for that other event are expired now. Were any of those ticket options also sold out? |
