The license key is used for support and updates, ‘changes’ within the admin should not be affected by the license key but it really depends on the specifics of what you are asking. You may be referring to settings, changes to events, changes to templates and/or changes to plugin files here as I’ve been asked all of those at various times.
Which specific changes are you referring to? Within the admin or changes to files?
