Hi,

We are using Ogone as our payment gateway. After payment the user does not get redirected properly to our website.
I contacted Ogone support, they say that they not receive a response code from the website, but a html document instead.

I tried several things and settings, but don’t know how to solve this.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi Biebob,

Ogone is not one of our support payment gateways, can I ask how you are using Ogone for payments?

A quick google search revealed this:

http://www.sellxed.com/shop/en/wordpress-event-espresso-ogone-zahlungs-plugin.html

Have you purchased this gateway from the above link? If so you will need to contact their support to have them investigate this as we never seen/reviewed the code provided and can not support it unfortunately.

Hi Tony,

We made this gateway ourselves. It worked fine for a long time, just until last week. I tried to include a screenshot (from url), but then your firewall blocks the post.

Hi there,

Have you checked with Ogone to see if they’ve changed their API? It may also help if you can do a little troubleshooting with logging turned on. Aside from that, we can help you with a gateway that we wrote.

Hi,

Yes, nothing is changed they told me. Logging is not working for some reason. Help is welcome since someone is fulltime busy with checking all tickets manually. Can I send you a login somehow?

Hello,

We can’t provide support for a payment gateway that we did not create.

If it was working okay and suddenly stopped working, then it would be a good idea to review any other recent changes to the site.

For example, did you recently make any changes to any plugins (updates or new installs)?

Have you tried testing with only Event Espresso 3 running and a default theme to rule out a conflict with another plugin?
