Website Event Espresso Not Working

My website is back up and when I went to check on Event Espresso that it was still working. The TMD Hosting people have disabled it.
The plugin event-espresso-core-reg/espresso.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
We had people that had registered for our events so where is all that info gone?

Hi there,

EE stores all of your event/registration data in the database of the site, so when files are removed/the plugin is disabled etc you should not lose any of your EE data.

However, in your other thread you mentioned this:

I thought it was the migration of my site to a cloud server that caused the issue or Divi Update that all happened at the same time.

That kind of migration will likely have required your host export the database from the original server and into the new one so whilst removing the above files will not have caused problems with your data, I have no idea what you host will have done so can’t say for sure it will still be available.

The first step is getting EE to activate on your site again so you can view the data, we’ll work on that in your other thread.
