Waiver for Events

Hey –

So we are using the events registration for camps. Is there an easy way to integrate a waiver form in the registration process that the parents need to acknowledge reading and sign to proceed with registration? If not – what is the best way to handle required documentation with the registration process?

Hi Matt,

I have two ways of handling this.

The first is to create a terms and conditions question or another question in addition to it and it should be set to required. Then that could be enabled in a question group so that any registrant/attendee has to accept it to complete their registration.

The other idea is to use a contact form plugin like Gravity Forms or a similar plugin. Then include a link (URL) to the waiver form on a page on your site in the registration approved message type.

This is the notification that goes out to registrants after a successful registration.
