What is the count for the waitlist controlled by – registrations? approved registrations?

It seems to be by approved registrations, so I set that as the default for the registation form (which applies to all events). We use only offline payment due to municipal restrictions. However, how can I then separately track payment received? We only use payment option of INVOICE

I have figured this out – you need to go to the registration, to the cart, and apply payment there. You can close this ticket.
