Hi All, Just a quick one, is there a way to view and download or download directly a Ticket for a entrant. I was looking for something similar to the option of downloading the Invoice under the participants view. Thanks Andrew |
Hi Andrew, could you let us know the version of Event Espresso that you are using so we can share feedback on your question? You can find it through WP-admin –> Plugins. Then look for Event Espresso in your list of plugins. — |

Hi Lorenzo, Sorry ment to include that, its Version 3.1.37.4.P Thanks Andrew |
Hi Andrew, Within your confirmation emails you can include the ticket link using [ticket_link] That links directly to the ticket within the email for your user to download, is that what you are looking for? We have more information here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ticketing-add-on/ If you scroll down to step 5 you’ll see the ticket link being used within the email. |

Hi Tony, I currently have the download like within the confirmation email. I am looking for an option to download the pdf file from the backend as an admin similar to the way we can download an invoice from the attendee list of an event in ee3. |
Ah apologies, I mis-read your question. You can do this within the attendee list. Got to Event Espresso -> Event Overview. View the attendee list for your event. Then look in the ‘actions’ column on the right – http://take.ms/fFIyQ The ticket icon takes you directly to the ticket for the attendee where you can download the ticket. Is that what you are looking for? |

Hi Tony, That’s exactly what I was looking for however its not displayed in my version I only seem to get the first four icons. I also notice that the wording “Approved” is also missing. Any idea on what the issue could be. |
I’m assuming you have the EE3 Ticketing Add-on installed (as you are using the ticket link within the email)? What is the full version number of EE3 you are using? |
|
|
Yes that’s correct and I’m running Version 3.1.37.4.P |
|
With the ticketing add-on : Ticketing system for Event Espresso Version 2.2.0.p |
Can you de-activate the ticketing add-on, then re-activate and see if the ticket links appear. If you go to Event Espresso -> Event Overview. Do you see a the filters above the event list? Like this – http://take.ms/hylS8 (This is to check the variables for Premium EE are being set) |

Hi Tony, Thanks for the details. I tried to deactivate the ticketing plugin and re activate but still no luck, the only options i have are here http://tinypic.com/r/288b7li/8 Thanks Andrew |
Hi Andrew, I checked your screenshot and the ticket icon does appear to be missing. Here is what I see on one of our test sites: http://cl.ly/image/233e0k3n460G Could you try deactivating and removing both Event Espresso 3 along with the Ticketing add-on and then downloading new copies from your Event Espresso account page here? https://eventespresso.com/users/abmoorhouse/#ee3-downloads Once those zip files have been downloaded, then you can return to your WP dashboard and upload and activate them through the plugins screen. From here, check to see if those links appear again. Thanks — |
