Using Espresso, I did not understand how to view the seats still available during the new registration phase, given by the total number of seats available minus the confirmed reservations

Hi there,
I’m not sure I follow, the above is not something we have built into Event Espresso.
Have you seen that in the documentation/forums somewhere?

Hi,
I have a September 17th email from Kristin that I asked before purchasing the license, she says “Yes, you can opt to show those details within the template settin”

The option she is referring to is in:
Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates (tab) -> Ticket Selector Template Settings -> Show Ticket Details?
That option enables the ‘Show Details’ link you can see on each ticket on the ticket selector, shown here:
