Once the user selects add to cart then view cart the various prices take a really long time to load in and some not at all…I should have 8 different prices load in and after 10mins or longer there’s only 1 maybe 2 loaded in.

I’m running the most recent version of WP and up to date on both EE and the Multi Event add on.
Thoughts?

Hi Julie,
I haven’t seen a site become that unresponsive when on the cart page before. Right now I cannot say what is causing it, but I would suggest doing a full round of troubleshooting to try and pinpoint where to look.
Start by disabling all plugins except EE and Multi Event. Then swap to a default them such as Twentytwelve. If the cart shows up correctly and with no unresponsiveness, then reactivate the theme and test again, and so on with the plugins until the cart breaks.

I’ve run through everything and even on the default theme with all plugins deactivated the cart breaks.
It did work fine for a short period after I initially installed the multi event add on sunday – I was able to run through the process and checkout. However sometime between sunday night and monday afternoon things became so slow you can’t even run through the process. In that time period nothing was changed on the site…
Any thoughts as to how to proceed from here?

Hi Julie,
It looks like max attendees per group is set way to high. Can you try changing it to a number lower than 100?
