Varnish Cache issues on Cloudways

Hi There

We’re having issues with our site evolvefestival.co.nz on cloudways. I’ve had to disable the varnish cache entirely.

I’d put in exclusions for the default pages but the /registration-checkout/ page has a query string after it that was getting cached and served to customers if varnish was on. This is obviously no good as it’s potentially showing the wrongn ticket or a ticket to a different event even…

I tried this regex in the varnish exclusions
\/registration-checkout\/\?uts=.*\#checkout

This seems to match the relative urls when I check it using http://regexr.com/ but it wasn’t excluding it from the cache on cloudways.

Without the varnish cache on the site is consuming a lot more resources on the server.

Any suggestions?
