Hi,
is there a way to have the name of the event included in the Registration Pending emails subject line? Right now the subject line just says “Registration Pending Payment” and I would like the subject line to include the event in order to sort incoming emails easier.
We have no online payment processing right now that is part of EE4 so the only email that is sent out is the payment pending email.
I tried to customize the email and put [Event_name] in the subject line and I got an error saying it was not a valid shortcode for subject line.
This would be helpful even in the Registration Approved email as well.

That shortcode isn’t available in that area so it will reject that shortcode.
You can go to the event editor and scroll down and click to enable a custom template for the registration pending payment message type. Then you can edit the subject and save changes.
This custom template will then be used for this event.
