Dear Event Espresso,
We have been using Event Espresso for almost a year and a half. The entire time we have been using this plug in, the paragraph and break tags have not worked in the excerpt. I manually add them to the excerpt and EE strips them out every time. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the plug in; we have deactivated other plugs ins – problem still exists.
WordPress Version: 4.3.3
PHP Version: 5.5.31
MySQL Version: 5.5.45
Event Espresso Version: 4.8.21.p
Please assist with a solution. Thank you.

Hello,
That occurred as those HTML tags were not originally allowed in that area. We recently made a change to allow those and it will be available in our next maintenance release of Event Espresso 4 which will likely go out later this week.
