We are getting intermittent registrations that we see have paid through Paypal (Linked to Event Espresso) but they do not show up in the system or on any roster.
You usually don’t need to completely disable all caching if you can exclude the EE critical pages from it, we have some documentation on setting up a caching plugin to exclude the EE critical pages here:
The same applies to serve side caching but often you will need to request your host disabled the cache for you once you’ve found the correct slugs to exclude (more details in the link).
