"Use Attendee #1's information for ALL attendees" not working

I have checked for errors and found none. The front end seems to be working fine. We just can’t populate registrants on the backend (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_registrations&action=new_registration&processing_registration=1&event_id=31797&uts=1685466126&_wpnonce=dffb5c7ee1&new_registration_nonce=dffb5c7ee1&return=process_reg_step). Any chance the HTML might have been updated and the JS wasn’t?

Note: I have already cleared my cache and tried a different browser/computer.
