Urgent: Mollie payment status not correct

There is a serious bug and I’ve read it throughout the forum here too, but no solution yet.

When people pay through Mollie, everything is paid, money received at Mollie, but when they return to the website for confirmation it says that the payment is pending and not paid.

As a result, people get confused about their money and no confirmation mails are send, or even worse, mails are being send that the payment didn’t work while they already paid.

And in the dashboard it also shows the registrations as not paid, while the payments have taken place.

Logs show nothing.

Hi there,

I see you’ve marked this resolved now, but may I ask what the problem was?

Previously when this has come up, it has been due to the site being set up to use HTTP in Dashboard -> Settings -> General. Usually, people than force all requests to HTTPS but you can’t do that with POST requests which the Mollie payment method uses.

Yes, people who pay have to be logged in. For some reason it logged out the user during payment and so it returned wrong. No it returns with the user still logged in and that works.
