Hello,

When I upload WP eStore, I faced this error message.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/supexman/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/caffeinated/admin/new/venues/Venues_Admin_Page.core.php on line 715

Hi,

Well that error is saying that your site has run out of memory. You could try to up the memory limit via the wp-config.php – http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

This is not a guaranteed memory increase, your host may hard limit the max. memory you can use, so you may wish to also check with your host what your maximum memory allowance is.

TQVM, resolved by my hosting company.

Now I have another question is after I have dragged the Espresso Upcoming Event to the right side bar. Now I cannot view my right side bar widget anymore.

Hi David,

Can you link us to the site so we can view this please?

Also could you explain a little more what the issue is? Possible a screenshot to show what you are expecting to see?

Here is the scenario.

1. I installed Event Espresso at a Chinese website providing business coaching, training and consulting at http://supexmanagement.com.

2. I launched my first 4 days SUPEX Strategic Management Program at http://supexmanagement.com/events/ssmp/

3. After that I dragged the Espresso Upcoming Event to the right side bar at soon in http://supexmanagement.com.

4. After knowing that you are using WP Affiliate Platform, I purchased and WP Affiliate Platform and installed it at http://supexmanagement.com/affiliate/.

5. I also purchased WP eStore and WP eMember and installed it as well.

6. Now I wish to drag some of the WP eStore & eMember Widgets but the right side disappeared in my WordPress. Enclosed please find the image.

Hi David,

What happens if you temporarily disable Event Espresso?

Does your widgets screen begin to work again?

Hi David,

You can just de-activated Event Espresso 4 via Dashboard -> Plugins.
(None of the settings/events will be lost)

Then reload the Widgets screen to see if it loads.

Now only I know the issue is not caused by Event Espresso 4.

It is because of I installed Event Espresso – Calendar which I have no permission to use it.

I deactivated Event Espresso – Calendar and the widget screen appears now.

Thanks.
