Hello, Will I lose any of the data in my EE3 install (events, registrants, etc.) if I upgrade to EE4? I have an event setup in EE3 and want to use some of the new features for EE4 on it. Please let me know, any help is appreciated. Thanks, |
Hi Matt, Take a look at this guide here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/updating-event-espresso/#ee4 Then let us know if you have any questions and we’ll answer those for you. Thanks — |

Ok, is there also an “early bird” pricing option? For instance, if someone were to register for an upcoming event by November 30 they could save $100 or something. |
Yes, you would schedule the early bird ticket to start and end at a certain time. Then the regular ticket should activate right after it. — |

Ok, is this an addon or something built in to ee4? |
Hi Matt, it is included with Event Espresso 4 and is part of the ticket editor. — |

Ok, I just renewed my support key but am still seeing in my wordpress dashboard that my key is invalis to update EE3 to the most current version in order to upgrade. Any idea why that would happen? |
Hi, your support license is for Event Espresso 4 only so I’ve reset the key. Follow this guide for updating: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/updating-event-espresso/#ee4 — |

Hi Orlando, I’m not seeing my support key as being setup for EE3 in my account. Is there a place to purchase a dual key? |
Hi Matt, Your current support license is for Event Espresso 4 only. This does not include Event Espresso 3. If you purchase Event Espresso 3, then you’ll receive a copy of Event Espresso 4 automatically. Get in touch with sales for some options: sales [at] eventespresso.com — |
