I’ve just upgraded free version to EE4 Personal. I have already added the support key, but i am still not able to use Templates, Question Groups and other premium features. Plz HELP!

What do you see when you try to use those features?
For example to work on question groups you go to Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Question Groups
Does it show something like this – http://take.ms/Ob9i5
Or does it show an upgrade message like this – http://take.ms/Mzryu
