I just did the update and I am received the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare printr() (previously declared in /home/content/06/13050206/html/wp-content/plugins/stops-core-theme-and-plugin-updates/main.php:1029) in /home/content/06/13050206/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg-2/core/helpers/EEH_Debug_Tools.helper.php on line 421

I can go to the settings page but I receive the error message when going to the Event or Registrations Pages.

Hi Joe,

Thank you for reporting this.

I have created a ticket for our developers to investigate this with a note to update this thread with any info.

Is there any way for me to export the registrations now?

I originally did this upgrade because I upgraded from 4.4.8 to 4.6.4 and there was an issue with exporting the registrations to a CSV file. I opened a thread and was told to do this upgrade to the latest release.

My client is switching to a new platform and now we can’t even export all the registration data which is adding even more frustration during a crucial time. Basically the system exports all of the registrations after a certain date, which I think may coincide with when we upgraded from 4.4.8 to 4.6.4.

I just need to get a CSV with all the registration information, questionnaires completed and registration status. Any help to expedite this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Joe,

If you temporarily deactivate the stops-core-theme-and-plugin-updates plugin it should work, or you can FTP in and remove the printr() function from wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg-2/core/helpers/EEH_Debug_Tools.helper.php on line 421
