Updates fail

Hi There, I have recently moved my site to its proper home and entered my site license key so was hoping to finally get the updates all done and dusted but apparently they are no longer available and fail everytime I try to update! If anyone knows what I am doing wrong then please let me know! Cheers.

Hi there,

Do you see any error messages when trying to update?

When you say you have moved the site, how did you move it and to/from where?

Te error I get is the same for all five current updates – “An error occurred while updating Event Espresso – MailChimp Integration: Update package not available.”

There are a few reasons this can come up.

You say you have moved the site, did the domains change & how did you move the site?

If you can send log-in details using https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ I’ll take a deeper look and advise.

Hi,

I have reset your license key, you should now find the plugins will update.
