Hi Laurian,
May I ask is the site using the Authnet SIM gateway? If so, since Authorize.net is in the process of deprecating the SIM gateway this is an opportunity to update to the new Authnet Accept gateway.

It is using the sim gateway. Just to make sure I’m looking at the right thing, the authnet accept is not included in ee4 everything license?

Sorry authorize.net to emulate eprocessing network sim i believe is the correct terms

Accept is included with the everything license, but no, Accept is not compatible with eprocessing network’s SIM emulator.
Maybe the reason that the payment error happened after the update is because something was hardcoded to get the gateway to work with eprocessing network’s SIM emulator? Or was a filter hook used to make that happen?

I don’t see accept listed in my account page to be downloaded.
I have no idea how it is coded or if a filter hook is used… those terms are foreign to me.
Is there something available I can use with eprocessingnetwork? I’ve got a dozen or so registrations in last 24 hours not complete because of this payment issue.
