Updated cost of the event, now shows overpiad.

I needed to change the price of an event, increasing it by $5. The registered people made a payment to me for the extra $5. the event still shows the old price and when I add the extra $5 payment it shows as overpiad. Is there anyway to correct their payment without re-registering them?

Hi there,

So when you update the price of a ticket, EE archives the original ticket and creates a copy for future registrations. We do this to preserve the price on the original registrations (which is the opposite of what you want here).

Is there anyway to correct their payment without re-registering them?

The only way to do this without re-registering them is by using the attendee mover add-on:

To ‘move’ the registration from the original ticket onto the new one with the updated price.
