I’m updating as follows:
You have version 4.10.46.p installed. Update to 5.0.1.p. View version 5.0.1.p details.
The plugin updates, but when I return to WordPress updates it suggests it has not updated. This has happened repeatedly.

Hi there,
EE5 is currently rolling out on a phased release system, the above can happen if your site pinged home during a release cycle of EE5 which has now expired (it checked the latest version which showed as 5.0.1 but the current download is for 4.10.46.p).
My apologies for any confusion this may have caused.
The next phase of the release cycle will show another update for version 5.0.2, if you update during that release cycle it will update to the latest version. Failing that once the phased system has finished the release will be live constantly for all users.

Again, my apologies for the confusion.
It’s a new update system we are trialling and I’ve noted the above to see if we can prevent it from happening in the future.
