Greetings,

Wondering why I might be receiving this flag when updating the plugin:

“An error occurred while updating Event Espresso: Update package not available.”

Hi Evan,

Your support license key isn’t currently activated. Could you copy it from the account settings area of your account page?

https://eventespresso.com/users/evangeneract-com/#account-settings

Then paste it into the support license key field in Event Espresso –> General Settings.

That will enable support services for your site an allow you to update.
