I am trying to achieve upcoming events rotating in a slider. The slider i’m currently using is revolution slider. It allows me to add the shortcode, but it just shows them all on one page. I tried the limit, but then it shows the one event. Is there an easy way to have events show up in a slider? I’m open to a different slider plugin. THanks for any help.

Hi Susan,
There are a number of other scripts and plugins that can display WP custom post types like Event Espresso Events. A few resources that show how include:

The tricky part though, is making sure that only *upcoming* events get displayed in slider. It will likely involve adding a bit of custom PHP to make sure that the slider includes only events where their start date hasn’t occurred yet. If you have a PHP developer on your team you they may be able to tackle that part.
