Unpaid orders in Infusionsoft

My Infusionsoft integration seems to have broken down.

What want to happen (and was happening for weeks):
Only approved registrations are tagged in Infusionsoft with the custom field tag set in the event.
Approved registrations are marked paid with the paid amount in the order in Infusionsoft.

Now what is happening:
Some approved registrations are not getting the tag.
No approved registrations are being marked paid with the amount in Infusionsoft.

I am happy to buy a support token and have you fix this if you are sure of the answer.

Hi there,

It turns out we don’t know why this would start happening. Can you check to see if anything was changed on the site, like new or updated plugins, or changes to the hosting environment?

Yes, I think it started when I added a plugin that broke some other functonality in the purchase process.

I have removed that plugin.

Is there anyway you can look and see how we might fix this, or any fix you know of? Would re-installing InfusedWoo be an option?

Was InfusedWoo the plugin that caused the breakage? If so, no, re-installing it would not be an option.

One thing that might be causing the issues you are seeing is the server is timing out between the requests where things should normally be updating. If you can check your server’s error logs, there may be some errors that happened at the times the registrations were made.

It may also help to bump up the amount of memory available for WordPress. If your server is right on the edge of its limit, then adding more memory will help. There are some instructions on how to bump up the amount of memory in the WordPress codex:
