Hi there:

Like this post here, I need to have different registration questions asked for different ticket types at the same event in EE4. Has this option been updated in EE4 yet?

Hello Vee,

Questions via question groups are currently set on a per-event basis at this time.

For a workaround, you could split up the event and if you would like to offer the ability to register for multiple events at once, then the multiple event registration add-on could help.
