Unable to update EE4

hi

i am Unable to update EE4 through the wp plugin page. when i click on Update Plugin, the page just keeps saying Updating with the red arrows spinning and it goes no where and stays as it is… i tried to reload the page and update again but it does not work. someone please help me!

Hi Alvin,

Is there any error message shown when the update fails?

If you try again now does the same happen?
