Hi there,

It is not possible to delete attendees from 2012 – 2015 (2016 and later doesn’t have this problem).

May I ask what the problem is with the older attendees?

Also an error 500 occurs when trying to delete attendees.

Is that on the old attendees, new or all?

Error 500 is a general error, we’ll need the full error which should have been saved in your server error logs. If you have access to cPanel or similar it should have a section to view the errors, if you post that error here we can investigate further.
