Hi Didier,
Do you have any payment methods active?
Your users with not receive any confirmation emails until they have selected a payment gateway and clicked to finalize the registration. They will then be directed to the thank-you page and the emails sent.

We are going to use a payment gateway, we only need to collect registration,
is there a way to process as i say.

We would like to receive an email notification when someone register to the event.
As i say, we are not going to use a payment gateway. is the a way?

Hi, at least one payment gateway option needs to be enabled even if no payments are being processed. The invoice payment method could be enabled through the payment methods screen in the WP dashboard.
