Hi Keith,

What version of Event Espresso are you running?

Also, is this question part of an existing question group? Additionally, is this question group enabled for an event?

Thanks for that link. I do see it on the front end. This information should be available in the Edit Attendee Data screen:

WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> Event Overview. Then hover over your event and more options will appear. Click on the link for Attendees and then click on an attendee to be taken to their record.

Hi,

Yeah in this way I already told you its working but I am unable to see this receive text message while I’m logged into https://eventespresso.com also, checkbox always shows empty. Whereas on my WP admin it properly propagates with the Database.

Hi there,

Could you please create a temporary WordPress admin login so I can take a closer look at this issue?

Please share that temporary login through the secure link below:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

To prevent delays in troubleshooting, be sure to double check your information on the form before submitting.

The submit button for the form appears after you have answered “Yes” to the last question.

Thank you.

Hi Lorenzo,

Thanks for sending me the update. My question is that how can I find the attendee information by using the below URL

https://eventespresso.com

Because I’m unable to see the check box unchecked in the event espresso website whereas in the database it propagates all the information.

Thanks

Hi Keith,

I’m not sure what you are referring to. Could you try and explain the issue again?

https://eventespresso.com is the site for the Event Espresso brand. Our site does not make any changes to your questions in your question group.

Your attendee information is only available through your own site.
