Event Espresso iOS app was working before upgrade to EE HD. Was prompted to upgrade by previous topic which I can no longer add to (so had to create new topic)
Receive error: Sorry, can’t log in 404-not found
Previous Topic title: iPhone ticket reader lists todays events as in the past

HI AJ,
I assume you did as Josh recommended in your aforementioned post (https://eventespresso.com/topic/iphone-ticket-reader-lists-todays-events-as-in-the-past/#post-62189) and installed the JSON API? If you do, you should be able to add your website address plus your login credentials. Are you doing anything differently?

I just installed the JSON API update and am still unable to login.

Hi,
In your site dashboard go to Event Espresso > API Settings.
There change the “Allow Public API Access?” to Allow
It is also a good idea to increase the option “API Session Timeout After” to something higher than 1 minute, as otherwise you will be constantly logged out of the app.
