Unable to install

Hi
Hi, I have followed this tutorial https://eventespresso.com/wiki/quick-start/ and also watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oYkO5w7PW-0 However upon installing the EE4 regular, I do not get the same screen as that have been shown in the video. If I installed the free version than I will see the same dashboard as in the tutorial. What did I do wrong?
Please assist.

Did you use the decaf version(free) before you install the paid version?

I can see from the video that you installed EE, what you can do is go to maintainance, Do you see option to update database? Just proceed with the update.
