Unable to enter Groupon Code

I am testing the groupon plugin on our test site.  It does not seem to be working.  I have made sure the groupon code is in the system.  I also made sure the event is set to accept groupon codes.  When I add the event to the shopping cart, I do not see where to enter the groupon code.  I only have the field to enter a coupon code.  Is there suppose to be another field that is for the groupon code?  Any thoughts what I am not seeing that?

The test event is http://bookevents.jumplittlepixel.com/event-registration/?ee=49

The groupon code is 1234A.

There is a setting in Event Espresso>General Settings under “Optional Event settings” that you’ll need to enable in order to display a voucher code field in the cart.

The label to look for reads:

“Allow voucher codes in the shopping cart?” and will appear if the Groupon add-on is active.
