Unable to edit emails and event descriptions

I am trying to create emails in the Email Manager and the program will allow me to create the email title and save the email but I cannot input anything in the email text area. I tried saving, going back to the Email Manager, then selecting edit email but that didn’t work. I tried to input text in both the visual and text editing options – neither worked.

I’m also having the same problem when I try to input any text in the event description box for each event.

I am using the most current versions of both Event Espresso and WordPress.

Hi Rebekah,

This sounds like a theme conflict that happens when the theme adds extra buttons to the editor boxes. Normally those should be added for posts/pages, not for every page on the admin.

You can find out whether this is something that the theme is doing by installing the theme test drive plugin and running the twentythirteen theme as the admin.
