Unable to customize Order Confirmation page template

I’ve looked at and followed this post:
https://eventespresso.com/topic/modify-order-confirmation-page/

But my Order Confirmation page (which is not listed in Messages) is still showing the wrong address. I don’t know where its pulling the Inna City address. Plus, I too do not need the Tax Number shown. (tried adding div.vat {display:none;} but suspect the theme css file is not being called to the page.

I tried editing the Invoice template which is listed in Messages – but am getting nowhere.

Hi Shelly,

You can take a look at the EE Payment settings and make sure that you have the address filled out for the invoice section. Please note that you can set the invoice payment method to not display on the front-end. This way the invoice and receipt messages can be set up.

Then, you can edit the receipt template in Event Espresso > Messages. You’ll remove the code where it says <div class="vat">[INVOICE_PAYEE_TAX_NUMBER_*]</div>.
