I am using the latest version of EE3 with WordPress 4.2 on a vps with 2 gig of ram. Today I visited my site and got these errors:


Warning: session_start(): The session id is too long or contains illegal characters, valid characters are a-z, A-Z, 0-9 and '-,' 

I have since deactivated the multi registration plug in but would like to know what caused this error. Frankly with the beta of the promotions plug in being tested on our dev site, success might make the issue a non issue, but I need to know, at least for now, what I should do.
