On our event homepage, https://nwcs.binayfoundation.org/ , the event registration box only appears on some browsers and on others it says “load in new tab”. Any idea on how to ensure our registration widget displays correctly on every broswer without getting an error message?

Hi,
It looks like you’re using an iframe code there. You could use the ticket selector shortcode instead and that will likely work better across all browsers.
In other words, you’ll remove this code from the widget:
<div style="width:100%; height: 500px;">
<iframe src="https://binayfoundation.org?event=980&ticket_selector=iframe" width="100%" height="100%"></iframe>
</div>
and replace with:
[ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR event_id=980]
