Hi

Running in the following issue. When I try to test the payments it works but then defaults to this error:
An error has occurred:
Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.
SNGPGCHC-DSNGPGCHC-PROATTINF-1267

Any advice as to why??

George

Hi George,

This may be a caching issue. I went to check your site to look into this, but the site that’s attached to the support license is running Event Espresso 3, which doesn’t have the Single Page Checkout feature.

Is the site in question attached to a support license on a different account? If so, can you let me know the name of the other account so I can investigate further?

Hi George,

Can you check for caching plugins again? If you view the source of the web page it says:

Dynamic page generated in 6.663 seconds. –>
Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache on 2014-07-17 22:22:38 –>

Compression = gzip –>

Which means the pages are being served as cached files. Event Espresso pages can be set to be not cached via the caching plugins advanced settings page.

Along with that, can you please be sure to activate a support license for this site? It’s not showing an active support key. You can contact the sales team if you need help with getting an additional support license for your account via the Sales/Billing Question contact form:
