Trying to update – "update package not available"

I am trying to update to the latest version of EE3 and when I try to update from WP panel, it tells me: An error occurred while updating Event Espresso: Update package not available.

Please help.

Hello,

I’ve just rolled over your Support License Key and created a new one for you.

You can find it in your Event Espresso account:

https://eventespresso.com/users/coresmart/

If you are using Event Espresso 3, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the area for Support License. Now copy the existing key. Then erase the existing key and click on Save Options. After the page refreshes, scroll back down to the Support License area and paste your key and click on Save Options.

These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso and allow you to update.

Hi Lorenzo,
I did this and now it does not prompt me to update the plugin. I’ve tried logging in/out of WP, but I am not being prompted to update EE to the latest version.

Be sure to backup your WordPress before making any changes.
