trying to update EE -plugin tells me support license key is invalid but it's not

EE plugin at backend for my WP site stuccomfgassoc.com tells it can’t auto- update my plugin, also says support license key is invalid, even though my EE account details tell me it’s active and not due for renewal until April. Please advise how to update our EE3 plugin? Have not yet updated to the newest WP 5.6. Thanks for your help.

Hi there,

Strange, I can’t see any issues on your account but I’ve reset your license key.

Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the key and save.

Now copy your key again from your account page.

Add the key to the site again and save, do you still get the same error?
