Hello there,
the date will not be translated into e mail (messages) in German. See similar problem has already been solved:

https://eventespresso.com/topic/german-language-version-dates-not-translated-in-e-mails/

This problem refers to the Short Codes: [DATE_START] – [DATE_END]

How can I solve this problem?
