Transactions/registration will disapare/ be delete from ee system

Hey there,

I have had this happen to me a few times. I will have a customer register for an event, and we will both receive an email confirmation; when I go to find the actual registration in EE, it is not there.

Thoughts?

That’s weird, do you see the generated message in your EE dashboard? Can you walk us through? please create a video using loom.
