Hello, we are trying to figure out how this can happen. We have a transaction that shows 3 people registered for each of two events with a total of $1074 (6 x $179). Only 4 people were actually registered (3 for one event, 1 for the other event) and the paid transaction was for those 4 people only ($716). Now it shows there is a balance on this transaction, but there are not two additional registrations attached to this transaction.
