Transaction Receipt Show VAT and Surcharge Numerous Times

We have noticed that the transaction receipt that we now receive from Event Espresso displays VAt and Surcharge several times of several pages.

Could you advise as to what is causing this?

Yes, the receipt can be viewed here.

It has happened since October but was fine before then.

Hmm, strange.

Can you go to Event Espresso -> Pricing.

Under default pricing what do you see?

Ok, that’s normal.

Can I take a look in the admin and see if anything stands out? If so you can send temporary login details using this form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

What changes were made on the site in October between when this worked and now?

Firstly, my apologies for the delay on getting back to you over this.

I did receive your login details but they appear to be invalid and show invalid password. Can you recheck and resend, please?

Or create an account using the email address support[at]eventespresso.com and we can then reset the password on that account if needed.
