The total number of attendees displayed in the event overview is not correct and when the data is exported to excel the number of attendees is also less than the actual total. It appears that when multiple attendees register only the primary registrant displays. The additional attendees are not displayed or counted.

Hi Ken,
The Attendee numbers displayed within the Event Overview should display the attendee count for the events. If a single registration has multiple attendees those numbers should be included within those values. So if you have 10 registrations, each with 2 users the attendee number should be 20 although within the list you will see 10 ‘attendees’, each with a ticket qty of 2.
Is that not the case on your site?

Hi Tony,
It appears that if a user registers multiple individuals for an event only the primary attendee is counted. In addition, when I export the data to excel only the primary attendee is listed. Additional attendees used to be listed in excel, but no longer. This is a rather recent issue that has arisen. Probably in the last two weeks.
